Looking for convenient lodging in Estes Park, CO? The Accessible Rooms for our disabled guests are located on the ground floor (see property map) in the front building. Doors have lever handles for easy access. From the room, there is a picture window view of Twin Sisters which is an 11,413' peak to the south of us.

Each Accessible Room has remote controls for the television and the air conditioner. The heater is easily accessed. The clothes hanging area is low enough to be reached from a wheelchair as is the access to the microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. The bathroom is oversized for wheelchair accessibility and towels are located at a convenient height. A hand-held shower is mounted in the tub-shower.

As needed, a shower seat or a transfer seat is available for the tub-shower. There is also a riser for the toilet and a bed rail available.

Accessible entrances are available for the office, the ice machine and the Sundeck Restaurant which is on property.

The Alpine Trail Ridge Inn is located on a slight hill, so having a motorized wheelchair or someone to provide aid on the hills is desirable.

Our Estes Park lodging staff is knowledgeable about the accessible trails located in Rocky Mountain National Park and in the Town of Estes Park.
