All Rooms are 100% Non-Smoking & No Pets Allowed on the Property

We guarantee the type of room booked by our guests. However, we are not only able to guarantee a specific room number upon booking.

Meeting Room

Please reserve upon booking your room or else it will be available on a first come, first serve basis. We do not allow food within the meeting room.

Smoking Policy

There is no smoking on property except at the designated smoking areas where cigarette butts must be place in containers provided. Since we are a family oriented property, there is no cannabis, in any form, allowed on the premises. In addition, no pets are allowed on property.

Deposit Policy

To reserve the unit of your choice, please send advance payment of your first night's room plus sales tax. We will then guarantee your room for late arrival. We accept deposits by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.) Cash, traveler's checks and credit cards accepted for your balance due, upon arrival. Personal checks may be used for advance deposits only.

Refund Policy

A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations. In order to receive a refund of the balance of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice from date of arrival for holidays, special events, family units, multiple room bookings and online reservations. All other dates and rooms require two days cancellation notice from date of arrival.

All rates include complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider in the office lobby from 7AM to 11AM.
