We guarantee the type of room booked by our guests, however, we are not able to guarantee a specific room number upon booking.
If you would like to use the meeting room, please reserve upon booking your room. Otherwise, the meeting room is available on a first come, first serve basis. We do not allow food within the meeting room.
There is no smoking on property, except at designated smoking areas where cigarette butts must be placed in the containers provided. Since we are a family-oriented property, absolutely no cannabis in any form is allowed on the premises. Additionally, no pets are allowed on property.
To reserve the unit of your choice, we require advance payment of your first night's room rate plus sales tax. We will then guarantee your room for late arrival. We accept deposits by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.) Cash, traveler's checks and credit cards accepted for your balance due, upon arrival. Personal checks may be used for advance deposits only.
A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations. In order to receive a refund of the balance of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice from date of arrival for holidays, special events, family units, multiple room bookings and online reservations. All other dates and rooms require two days cancellation notice from date of arrival.
All rates include complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider in the office lobby from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
