The one-mile fun run is open to runners of all abilities as well as walkers or families pushing strollers of ones too little to walk! The run begins at 7 a.m. near the Elkhorn Lodge & Old Ranger Road. It’s a pre-event to the Estes Park Marathon on June 19. Registration is $20 per adult and $10 for persons aged 17 and under.

Fourth of July weekend is packed with fun at the Go 4th Festival with live music, bowling, face painting, the Coolest Car Show, and the old-fashioned Independence Day Pancake Breakfast! It’s not Independence Day without an amazing fireworks show, but ours is even better with fireworks over Lake Estes!
