All rooms have refrigerator, phone, coffee maker, hair dryers, window air conditioning, and remote control color cable TV. Balcony rooms have microwaves. Some rooms have irons and ironing boards.
BALCONY ROOMS: 1 pillowtop king or 2 queens, private balcony, EXTRAORDINARY VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS, microwaves
STANDARD ROOMS: 1 king, 2 queen, or 2 double beds
WESTERN ROOMS: 1 queen or 2 double beds, some with shower only, some inner-connecting units
WESTERN FAMILY UNIT A : (One only) 2 bedroom unit, 1 queen, 2 double beds, 1 1/2baths (shower only), microwave, coffee maker

AIR CONDITIONING: We now have window air conditioners installed in all of our rooms.
Free High-Speed Wireless Internet: We now have free high-speed wireless internet access in all of our rooms. You will need to have a laptop computer with wireless built into it, and preferably running Windows XP. There will be a code available in the office for you to input into your wireless setup.
If you do not have wireless built in, consider buying a PCI card and installing the software on your computer before you leave home, because you will need your original operating system disk when you install it.
On the technical side, the kind of wireless system you will need will be 802.11B or 802.11G. We will not have any PCI cards available in the office because of the potential difficulties involved with installing them on your computer.
DEPOSIT POLICY: To reserve the unit of your choice, please send advance payment of your first night's room plus sales tax. We will then guarantee your room for late arrival so that you may enjoy your trip into our valley. We accept deposits by check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners and Carte Blanche.) Cash, travelers checks, and credit cards accepted for your balance due, upon arrival. Personal checks may be used for advance deposits only.
REFUND POLICY: A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations on regular rooms, and a $25.00 cancellation fee on family units. In order to receive a refund of the balance of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice from date of arrival for holidays, special events and family units or multiple rooms booked. All other dates and rooms require 2 days cancellation notice from date of arrival.
All rates include complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider in the office lobby from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
CHECK-IN TIME: 3:30 p.m. Please, no pets on property. CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:30 a.m. |
