DEPOSIT POLICY: To reserve the unit of your choice, please send advance payment of your first night's room plus sales tax. We will then guarantee your room for late arrival so that you may enjoy your trip into our valley. We accept deposits by check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners and Carte Blanche.) Cash, travelers checks, and credit cards accepted for your balance due, upon arrival. Personal checks may be used for advance deposits only. REFUND POLICY: When booked directly with the motel, a $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations for regular units, and $25 for family units. In order to receive a refund of the balance of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice from date of arrival for holidays, special events and family units or multiple rooms booked. All other dates and rooms require 2 days cancellation notice from date of arrival. All rates include complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider in the office lobby from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. CHECK-IN TIME: 3:30 p.m. Please, no pets on property. CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:30 a.m.
