The Most Affordable Motel In Estes Park

Deposit Policy: The first night’s lodging is charged to your credit card at time of booking.  We then guarantee your room for late arrival. We accept the following credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.) Cash, traveler’s checks, and credit cards accepted for your balance due upon arrival. Personal checks may be used for advance deposits only and must be received within 10 days of booking and more than 14 days prior to arrival. Refund Policy: A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations at our motel in Estes Park.  In order to receive a refund of the balance of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice prior to the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled after the time of the required cancellation notice will forfeit the deposit unless we are able to re-rent the room for the nights booked. If the room is re-rented for the nights booked the deposit will be refunded less the cancellation fee.

Minimum Length of Stay: Our motel in Estes Park has a minimum 2 night stay on family units and a 2-3 night minimum on all units during holidays, special events and some Saturdays. One night stays are accepted on non-family units except during holidays, special events and some Saturdays, however we reserve the right to limit the number of one night stays on any date at our discretion. Early departures during times that have a minimum stay will be responsible for all room nights originally booked unless those nights are re-rented to other guests.

Rooms: We guarantee the type of room booked by our guests.  If you request a specific room number, we will do our best to accommodate that request.  However, we are only able to guarantee a room type and not a specific room number.

Group Bookings: Groups must book by phone. Multiple individual bookings that turn out to be a group will be subject to the group deposit and refund policies. Please call our motel in Estes Park at 1‑800-233-5023 for group booking information.

Additional Policies: Quiet time on property for all guests is 9 p.m. until 8 a.m. Please, no pets on property. All rooms at our motel in Estes Park are non-smoking. A guest who smokes must do so outside, at least a car length away from any building. A minimum $200 fee is charged for cleaning and/or revenue lost if a room has a smoke odor upon the guest's departure.

Outside Cooking: For safety and smoke reasons, we are not able to allow outside cooking on the property. We will be happy to help you find locations where you can grill on charcoal if local fire conditions permit your doing so.
