AMENITIES: All rooms have refrigerator, phone with voice message, coffee maker, hair dryer, microwave, iron and ironing board, air conditioning, natural gas heater, and remote control color cable TV.

WIRELESS INTERNET:Free wireless internet access in all rooms (must have own laptop with wireless capability); two hard-wired computers and printer available in lobby for guest business use (no games).

BALCONY ROOMS:1 pillow-top king or 2 queens, private balcony, EXTRAORDINARY VIEW OF THE MOUNTAINS from balconies.

MEETING ROOM: To reserve this room, which holds up to 25 people, for your meeting or family gathering (no food allowed), please reserve it when making your reservation or else it will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

DEPOSIT POLICY: To reserve the unit of your choice, please send advance payment of your first night's room plus sales tax. We will then guarantee your room for late arrival. We accept deposits by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club.) Cash, traveler's checks, and credit cards accepted for your balance due, upon arrival. Personal checks may be used for advance deposits only.

REFUND POLICY: A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations for regular units, and $25 for family units or rooms booked online. In order to receive a refund of the balance of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice from date of arrival for holidays, special events, family units, multiple room bookings and online reservations. All other dates and rooms require 2 days cancellation notice from date of arrival.

All rates include complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and cider in the office lobby from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
