It is a seasonal roadside motor inn located on US Highway 36 West near the South entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The Inn is open May 1st through October 8th, but online reservations can be made throughout the year for the current and next season. In 2010, we completed a new meeting room with a capacity of 25 people, two new large landscaping projects, added a nice grassy area near the pool, and put in all new "Dark Sky" and energy efficient lights on posts throughout the property. Goals for 2011 include renovating bathrooms and updating the outside curb appeal of the buildings and property.

All 48 rooms are non-smoking, and no pets. They are always exceptionally clean, comfortable, and a great value. We are an older property, recently remodeled and well-maintained, with almost all of the chain amenities except for a hot tub or continental breakfast. We do have a nice heated outdoor pool, which is open from about May 15 to September 15.
