All 48 rooms are non-smoking, and no pets. They are always exceptionally clean, comfortable, and a great value. We are an older property, recently remodeled and well-maintained, with almost all of the chain amenities except for a hot tub or continental breakfast. We do have a nice heated outdoor pool, which is open from about May 15 to September 15.

Jay and Fran Grooters welcome you to the Alpine Trail Ridge Inn. It is a seasonal roadside motor inn located on US Highway 36 West near the South entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. The Inn is open May 1st through October 12th, but online reservations can be made throughout the year for the current and next season. Alpine Trail Ridge Inn and the Sundeck Restaurant have been independently owned and operated for over 50 years. We also specialize in customized hiking information.

Our guests return year after year because they always find a welcoming staff, excellent food, and comfortable, immaculate lodging in our Estes Park Hotel.

For computer users, we offer free wireless internet connection in every room. We also provide a free Business Center in the lobby with two computers with high-speed internet access and two printers, which are available for our guests to use at no charge. Fax service is also available.

Our 16 rooms with the private balconies offer the most spectacular mountain views . All rooms have private entrances, and there is parking by the room on all but 7 rooms. We offer King, Queen, and Double beds, and there are four Two Bedroom Family Units.

In each room, you will find individual climate control and private bathrooms . For dining, the Sundeck Restaurant is on property.
