We guarantee the type of room booked by our guests; however, we are not able to guarantee a specific room number upon booking.
Pet Policy
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Alpine Trail Ridge Inn.
Smoking Policy
All rooms are 100% non-smoking. There is no smoking on property, except at designated smoking areas where cigarette butts must be placed in the containers provided. Since we are a family-oriented property, absolutely no cannabis in any form is allowed on the premises.
Deposit Policy
To reserve the unit of your choice, we require advance payment of your first night’s room rate plus sales tax. We will then guarantee your room for late arrival. We accept deposits by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club). Cash, traveler’s checks, and credit cards are accepted for your balance due, upon arrival. Personal checks may be used for advance deposits only.
Meeting Room
If you would like to use the meeting room, please reserve upon booking your room. Otherwise, the meeting room is available on a first come, first serve basis. We do not allow food within the meeting room.
Refund Policy
A minimum $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all cancelled reservations. To receive a refund of the balance of your deposit, we require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your arrival date.
Cancellations made within the 14 days will forfeit the deposit on account.
All rates include complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in the lobby during office hours.
