Room Types
We guarantee the type of of Estes Park motel room booked by our guests. If you request a specific room number, we will do our best to accommodate that request. However, we are only able to guarantee a room type and not a specific room number.

Western-style rooms:
The Western style rooms are located in the center building (see property map). These Estes Park motel rooms are our economical option for those who want a place to sleep after a fun filled day of hiking, shopping, etc without breaking the bank. This building has historic significance in that it was one of the first motels in Estes Park. Built in an era when room size was not a commodity, they are cozier than the other room types. They boast a knotty pine wainscoting that gives the room a cabin like feel. For those who prefer a little more space book a Standard or Balcony style room.

Standard-style rooms:
The Standard style rooms are located on the ground floor of both the front and back buildings (see property map). The standard rooms with two double beds have a bathroom large enough to accommodate a wheelchair (tub shower combo rather than a wheel in shower).

Balcony rooms:
The Balcony style rooms at our Estes Park motel are located on the second floor of the front and back buildings (see property map). The property is built on a hill so there are only five steps into these rooms.

Western Family Units
The Family Units at our Estes Park motel are part of the Western style rooms located in the center building. Each family unit has three beds. The Kitchen Family Unit has a sleeper/sofa. The center building is closest to the heated outdoor pool.
